A former Pride fighter turn UFC Champion Quintin “Rampage” Jackson and original Ultimate Fighter winner Forrest Griffin collided last weekend in what many expected to be a quick bout ending with Rampage keeping the belt over a knocked out Forrest Griffin.  Already proving that he has the ability, heart and determination to be victorious as the heavy underdog, can lightning strike twice for Forrest?

Amir Sadollah vs CB Dalloway

Update: Check out the The Ultimate Fighter Finale reivew of C.B Dollaway vs Amir Sadollah right here!

The last episode of The Ultimate Fighter we jump right into into the thick of things: CB Dollaway vs Amir Sadollah. With the mystery of The Ultimate Fighter’s “most shocking twist in history” - this quick start to the action foreshadows the upcoming bombshell that is sure to be revealed later on in the episode.

Is Amir’s superior striking and fighting spirit enough to defeat the number 1 pick or will CB Dollaway ’s explosiveness and wrestling prove too much?

TUF7: Jesse Taylor vs Tim Credeur

TUF7: Jesse Taylor vs Tim Credeur

The first semi-final match up we have a classic wrestler going up against a JUjitsu practitioner in Jesse Taylor and Tim Credeur. One of the more colorful characters in the house is Jesse Taylor, a genetic freak - able to get completely bombed, wet his pants in the hot tub, and eat all kinds of crap the night before the fight AND still make weight. On top of that - he’s able to impose his will on his opponents with his sheer strength and tenacity. The owner of multiple nicknames including “JT Money” - for when he means business and “Coco the Monkey” - for when he’s zipping around the house with a bottle of vodka in his clutches. For all intensive purposes I will be referring to Jesse Taylor as Coco (The Monkey) as much as humanly possible.

BJ Penn vs Sean Sherk

With nearly 3 to 1 odds favoring BJ Penn the outcome was a no brainer.  How the fight developed and ultimately came to an end however, was a complete surprise.  What was expected to be a showcase of high level Brazilian Jujitsu vs Wrestling - never materialized, instead a display of boxing from both fighters ruled 90% of the bout.
