- Dewees leading with leg kicks, keeping Lil’Nog away, circling away
- Nog traps him in the corner and forces a clinch, nothing really happens
- Dewees pulls guards, Nog starts doing some ground and pound, Dewees does a decent job and controlling Nog’s wrists, Nog chooses to stand up
- Nog controlling the ring, leading with a knee and devastates with heavy knees in the clinch catches Dewees in a flurry of punches, knees and elbows
- Herb Dean stops the fight

Matt Lindland vs Fabio Negao
Round 1
- Lindland catches Negao in a guillotine, Negao keeps scrambling to get out, just looks like its making it worse
- Negao finally escapes but lands with Lindland on top after quite some time
- Matt tries double hammer fists from the top, not effective
- Negao matches to stand up, looks tired, ducking and weaving Lindland’s punches
10-9 round for Lindland

Round 2
- Negao catches Lindland with a sharp elbow, looks to stun Lindland, presses punches, keeps landing with hooks, momentum clearly turned
- Lindland presses Negao up against the corner and forces a double leg takedown
- Lindland lands some damaging elbows while pressing him up against the corner
- Negao swivles his head outside the ring, ref is forced to stop the fight and move it inside the ring
10-9 round for Lindland due to the ground and pound for most of the round

Round 3
- Negao looks tired, avoiding exchanges by dancing around the ring
- Both look tired and throwing weak punches in the middle of ring
- Lindland tries to stop the standup by shooting in, Negao stuffed it easily
- Lindland presses Negao against the ropes causing Negao to fall out of the ring
- Lindland lands with a nice knee, Negao moves out and recovers
- In the clinch Negao tries a judo throw and fails

- Fedor gets in with fast hooks, hits him clean and Sylvia goes down
